No not that way! I had my garage painted and due to the open doors, hot weather and garbage cans in the garage I am now dealing with pesky flies. I am wondering if it's also because they know the weather is working to the cold side.....
Any way..... I have a difficult time squishing living creatures. I've been known to capture spiders and carry them outside to the patio. I've also captured them under glass and waited till Geri comes over to dispatch them to bug heaven. (I don't have the same feelings about mice - the only good mouse is a dead one! but I don't squish them. I use a snap trap. Very humane!)
Any way ..... I noticed flies on my patio door. About 10 of them - ick! So I set my plan in motion. Because it was late in the evening I waited till I came home from work, the next day, it would be sunny and bright, I would be victorious! I didn't want to squish them and then have to clean up soooooo ......
The next day ...... came home, they were in the windows. I got out my new electric broom and took off the sweeper part. I sucked EVERY fly into the bagless canister. Then I took them outside and FREED them all!!!!!
No pesticides - is this a GREEN solution!
